We understand there are situations when a trip must be canceled. Please use the contact us link to request your cancellation or send an email to
[email protected], please include your university, organization, name and which trip you are requesting cancellation. Although deposits and payment are non-refundable, we will attempt to work with you in order to transfer your trip and part of your payment to a new registrant from the same university, organization and trip. Deposit payments are unable to be transferred, only final balance payments may have this ability. Transfers are available at the discretion of the accommodating hotel or resort and never possible within 14 days of the trip departure date. If a transfer is provided as an option, a new participant (First/Last Name and basic account setup on CampusBreak.com) must be provided by the original participant via email to
[email protected]. Airfare/Airline Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation and Transfer requests will not be accepted via telephone, voice-message or social media communication.
