We understand there are situations when a trip must be canceled. Please use the contact us link to request your cancellation or send an email to
[email protected], please include your university, organization, name and which trip you are requesting cancellation. Although deposits and payment are non-refundable, we will attempt to work with you in order to transfer your trip and part of your payment to a new registrant from the same university, organization and trip. Deposit payments are unable to be transferred, only final balance payments may have this ability. Transfers are not possible within 14 days of the trip departure date.
Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone, voice-message or social media communication.
