Typically a CampusBreak package includes transportation, hotel accommodations, party package and all taxes & rental fees. Please refer to the trip description for all inclusions, as they may vary by individual trip.
How do I select my roommate?
Roommate selection will be completed after you have paid your trip in full, typically 45-60 days prior to departure. Rooming list instructions will be provided by CampusBreak or your social chair/trip organizer.
What are the payment methods?
CampusBreak offers the following payment methods for most trips: 1) Deposit + AutoBill or 2) Pay in Full. All major debit & credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express)
What is a deposit?
A deposit must be paid when the initial trip is booked. By booking your trip and paying the deposit, you are securing a space on the selected trip. The deposit amount will vary by trip but will be listed on the "MY TRIPS" page. You must follow the payment schedule listed on the "MY TRIPS" page in order to retain your reserved space. If the payment schedule is not followed and/or final balance not paid on time, your reserved space may be canceled.
What is AutoBill?
AutoBill will automatically charge your split remaining payments to your saved form of payment. AutoBill is selected when booking your trip and the payment plan is selected. Your card will be charged for the split remaining payments on each due date automatically.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits and payments from trip registrants are used to pay non-refundable hotel accommodations, transportation providers, party packages, etc.
How do I cancel my trip?
We understand there are situations when a trip must be canceled. Please use the contact us link to request your cancellation or send an email to [email protected], please include your university, organization, name and which trip you are requesting cancellation. Although deposits and payment are non-refundable, we will attempt to work with you in order to transfer your trip and part of your payment to a new registrant from the same university, organization and trip. Deposit payments are unable to be transferred, only final balance payments may have this ability. Transfers are available at the discretion of the accommodating hotel or resort and never possible within 14 days of the trip departure date. If a transfer is provided as an option, a new participant (First/Last Name and basic account setup on CampusBreak.com) must be provided by the original participant via email to [email protected]. Airfare/Airline Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Cancellation and Transfer requests will not be accepted via telephone, voice-message or social media communication.
Are hotel fees, resort fees, security deposits or incidentals included?
Although hotel room accommodations and tax may be included in your trip cost; resort/hotel fees, parking fees and incidental fees are not included in the package pricing. These fees, which are typically elective must be paid on your own. Typically group hotel accommodations do not require a trip participant to place their personal credit card on file at the time of check-in. However, if incidental charges (room service, movies, phone calls, etc) are planned to be made or have been charged to your room prior to check-out, these charges must be settled on your own credit card prior to leaving the hotel. Campus Break will not be responsible for these charges.
Where can I find the final itinerary?
A final itinerary including all necessary trip details will be sent to the email address you registered with approximately seven (7) days prior to departure.

Group airfare is generally ticketed 30-60 days prior to departure and final itinerary e-ticket confirmation will be provided with your travel documents.
